On Wednesday 15th of February I did a big tryathlon for the first time. My big brother Jono also did it but my younger brother George had to go to school. First we swam 50m then 4km on the bike and ran 1.5km.

You will blitz the tryathlon this Friday 24th at Parkvale after your effort last Wednesday. I remember Jono bringing me his medal last year to show Room 11. He was very proud of his effort.
